Our in-house production facilities guarantee our customers high quality and fast gasket and sealing solutions processing.
On our CNC-controlled cutters, die cutters, and presses, we produce simple gaskets and very complex gaskets in materials such as NBR, SBR, EPDM, CR, rubber cork, high-pressure sheets, graphite sheets, cellular rubber, silicone, Viton, polyurethane, vulkollan ®, polyethylene, nylon, glass cloth, ceramic paper, glass needle felt PTFE. The choice of materials is always carefully matched to the location of the gasket.
We also have vulcanization equipment that makes it possible to supply O-rings adapted precisely to the customers’ needs.
Besides supplying spiral wound gaskets from European partners, STEFFCA also produces spiral wound gaskets for urgent matters and customized solutions. With our production technology in-house, we can supply your spiral wound gaskets within 2-48 hours – ensuring a fast solution to the problem with leaking valves.
