That’s why we work systematically with ESG, and in our ESG report, based on the VSME standard, we’ve quantified our efforts to track progress and prioritise our resources effectively.

We have integrated ESG across our entire value chain. This includes responsible sourcing of materials and ensuring decent working conditions at our suppliers, supported by our Supplier Code of Conduct. We focus on ensuring that our gaskets, seals and insulation jackets deliver high performance and operational reliability. At the same time, we strive to manufacture them as energy-efficiently as possible and with minimal material waste. ESG is not something we do on the side; it’s an integral part of how we run our business.

A Workplace Where People Thrive
At STEFFCA, our colleagues play a key role in our success. The strong team spirit in the STEFFCA team and our ability to pull together form the foundation for our core values: exceptional quality, innovation, fast delivery, and excellent customer service. That’s why it’s essential to us that everyone on the STEFFCA team thrives. Mental wellbeing has been a major focus area, and we also work actively with occupational health and safety. We want our employees to feel safe at work, and we support one another in maintaining a healthy and secure working environment.

Social Responsibility
We are fully aware of our role in society. We aim to be an inclusive workplace and want to help people on the fringes of the labour market into employment. That’s why we offer development and employability clarification programmes for individuals who face challenges entering the workforce. We are proud to have seven employees who are now permanently employed after completing development or training programmes.

ESG is also a Strategic Choice
We are currently in a period of growth and increasing demand. This requires us to continually rethink and evolve our strategy to ensure we remain responsible as we expand. We are committed to investing in new technology, strengthening supplier collaboration, and setting ambitious yet realistic goals.
