SHORT DELIVERY TIME FOR MILLED ITEMS
We are experiencing increasing demand from our customers for the milling of items, with a very short delivery time. We have of course listened to this and can therefore now offer 3-axis CNC milling of items in-house.

This means that we can produce complex milled items, from prototypes to batch production, with a very short delivery time.

MATERIAL SELECTION AND TOLERANCE
We have the facility to mill rubber and all kinds of hard and soft plastic materials right down to a tolerance of +/-0.2 mm.
We have the facility to mill in a wide range of angles.

DIMENSIONS OF ITEMS
Items are available in dimensions as high as 1,500 mm x 2,000 mm.
We can perform many machining processes in one single operation.

QUALITY CONTROL
All items are subject to strict quality control, with dimensions and materials carefully checked before dispatch.
