High-Quality Customised Solutions
STEFFCA manufactures customised gaskets and seals with speed and precision for applications such as the offshore, engineering, and pharmaceutical industries. We have a significant raw material inventory, and our internal production capacity enables us to produce customer-specific packing and sealing solutions here and now.
We use our CNC-controlled cutters, die cutters, and presses to produce basic gaskets and seals, but also very complex solutions.
We supply materials for every need: NBR, SBR, EPDM, CR, Viton, silicone, polyurethane, vulkollan®, cellular rubber, rubber cork, technical felt, high-pressure sheets, fiber sheets, graphite sheets, mica sheets, PTFE, polyethylene, ceramic paper, glass cloth, and glass needle felt.
We offer advice on the choice of materials so that the gasket and seal meet requirements for mechanical properties, chemical resistance, weather resistance, media, pressure, temperature, safety, and requirements for special international approvals.
