BENEFITS
The universal gasket is suitable for all flanges and nearly all media and has a wide temperature range.
The compressed gasket sheet of expanded PTFE has exceptional mechanical strength, which gives less flow/creep at high temperatures than other types of PTFE sheets.
TEADIT® 24SH’s excellent pliability makes the repair of minor damage and/or irregularities of the sealing area (flange) superfluous. Gaskets of TEADIT® 24SH retain their dimensions, that is, they will not widen when they are pressed together. This allows narrow flanges to be sealed securely, that is to say without causing turbulences in the media flow. TEADIT® 24SH is quick and simple to install.
The used gasket can be quickly and easily removed without leaving any residue.
