BENEFITS
TEADIT TF 1570 is a structured PTFE gasket sheet made by a special process with high fiber content, in order to avoid creep and cold flow problems, arising from the normal, molded PTFE sheets. TEADIT TF 1570 is made of pure PTFE filled with E-glass.
TEADIT TF 1570 is suitable for use with aggressive fluids, including hydrocarbons, acids, and caustics, solvents, water, steam, hydrogen peroxide, refrigerants, etc.
The high compressibility makes TEADIT TF 1570 particularly suitable for pressure-sensitive and/or fragile flange assemblies, e.g. glass, ceramic, plastic, etc.
TEADIT TF 1570’s excellent pliability makes the repair of small injuries and/or irregularities of the sealing area (flange) superfluous. TEADIT TF 1570 is fast and simple to install.
The used gasket can be quickly and easily removed without leaving residue.
