O-rings

When the standard dimension doesn't fit, we offer you the option of vulcanizing your O-rings.

Thanks to our in-house production, we can deliver the exact O-ring to suit your needs, including next-day delivery. If you need a special size or prototype item, we can help.

Our hot vulcanization tool allows us to vulcanize O-rings in NBR, FKM, and EPDM based on the finished cord.

Like standard O-rings, vulcanized O-rings are one of the most commonly used seals because they are efficient, economical and are therefore commonly used in all industries, from hydraulics to pneumatics.

An O-ring dimension is defined based on the inner diameter and the cord thickness.

The cord is also sold by the meter and can be used for quick repairs as it can be adapted to the application in question in many industries, especially as flange sealants.

However, this type of O-ring cord should only be used for static sealing.
