SAVINGS THAT MAKE A DIFFERENCE
We are proud to deliver solutions that make a real difference to both energy efficiency and the environment. With our technical insulation solutions, we helped our customers save 15,022,704 kWh of energy in 2024. To put this into perspective, this equals the annual energy consumption of 2,692 Danish households.

But for us, it is about more than energy savings alone. This reduction also prevented the emission of approximately 3,005 tonnes of CO2 equivalents. To illustrate the environmental impact, it would take 120,182 trees a full year to absorb the same amount of CO2. It is striking to see how much of a difference our products help create.

STEFFCA’s insulation jackets have been tested by Teknologisk Institut, providing objective testing and independent calculations of our insulation solutions. These results are included in the energy report our customers receive.

PREPARATION OF THE ENERGY REPORT
At STEFFCA, we always start with a thorough measurement of the units to be insulated—typically valves, flanges, pumps, and heat exchangers. This measurement forms the basis for both the energy calculations and the production of the customised insulation jackets.

Based on the collected data, we calculate energy consumption before and after insulation. The report shows the expected savings in kWh and estimates the reduction in CO2 emissions, based on the energy source.

Our customers always receive an energy report that provides a clear overview of the impact and forms the basis for the final quotation for STEFFCA’s insulation solutions. At the same time, the report serves as a strong decision-making tool and as documentation that can be used internally as well as for climate accounting or ESG reporting.
