The boss is turning 50, but
STEFFCA isn’t slowing down

Martin Steffensen, CEO and co-owner of STEFFCA, turns 50. But reaching this milestone is certainly no reason to take his foot off the accelerator.

Quite the opposite.

With Martin behind the wheel and his brother Mikkel by his side, STEFFCA continues in high gear, with ambitions greater than ever.

New factory built for growth
We have moved into a new factory in Nyborg that is twice the size of our previous facility, covering 6,000 m². The new premises provide a better flow in production and logistics, more space for machinery and raw materials, and the opportunity to increase capacity in line with demand, ensuring that we are ready to take the next step in both the Danish and international markets.

Stronger in sealing solutions
In 2025, we acquired SealSupply Europe, marking another important step in STEFFCA’s development.
The acquisition has strengthened our product range and added even more expertise in sealing solutions, enabling us to offer our customers more solutions, greater knowledge and stronger technical support – all in one place.

A life’s work changed hands
Most recently, we acquired BOHEN DK after Henrik Adelørn chose to entrust his life’s work to STEFFCA and retire after more than 40 years in the gasket industry.

We take on that responsibility with great respect and look forward to continuing BOHEN DK’s customer relationships, expertise and professional know-how as part of STEFFCA.

Focus on new markets
At the same time, we have really set our sights on the German market. We now have a German team in place and have launched a focused initiative to establish STEFFCA as a stronger name south of the Danish border.

None of this has happened by itself.

Our development is the result of many years of hard work, strong relationships and a firm belief that there is always room to do things a little better. Even when things are moving fast.

So, although Martin is turning 50, there is nothing to suggest that either he or STEFFCA is about to shift down a gear.

Quite the opposite. We are only just getting up to speed.
